Schedule of Events:
5:00 PM - Guest Arrival
5:30 PM - Ceremony Begins
6:00 PM - Cocktail Hour
7:00 PM - Reception
10:15 PM - Last Dance
11:00 PM - After Party
Transportation:
There will be shuttles running from downtown Cincinnati, picking up and dropping guests off by the Hilton Netherlands hotel. Note that this hotel is one block over from the Westin Cincinnati.
Getting to the venue:
There will be 2 shuttles running continuously starting at 4:30pm, and the last departure at 5:05pm to get to the ceremony.
Leaving the venue and returning to the hotels:
For returns back to the hotel, shuttles will run starting at 9pm, with the last trips leaving the Monastery at 10:45pm.
The after party will be in Mt. Adams walking distance from the reception so there will be no need for a shuttle to get there.
