We’ve compiled answers to some common questions to help make your trip and experience as smooth as possible. If you have any additional questions, don’t hesitate to reach out!

  • You will be missed!! Please reach out via text to Catherine (301-807-3926) or Grant (513-295-9417) to let us know if you know in advance.

  • We’d love for our guests to dress up and celebrate with us! The dress code is spring formal/black tie optional. For men this could mean a suit or sport coat with a tie. For women this could mean a floor length dress, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pant suit. Soft colors, pastels, and florals are perfect for a light spring look!     Please note that the ceremony and reception will be indoors while the cocktail hour will be outside barring inclement weather.

  • We love your little ones, but our wedding will be mostly adults-only. We will have a few under 21 cousins in attendance - refer to your RSVP page if this applies to your family. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

  • If your invitation includes a plus-one, their name will be listed when you RSVP online. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

  • We recommend arriving at least 15–30 minutes before the ceremony starts to allow time for parking and seating. As this is a Friday wedding, please also account for traffic.

  • Yes, parking is available on site free of charge. A parking attendant will be there to direct you.

  • The deadline to RSVP is Friday, March 10, 2026. However, please RSVP at your earliest convenience.

  • The ceremony and reception will be indoors while cocktail hour will be outdoors.

  • Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies when you RSVP online. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • We’ve reserved hotel blocks at the Westin Downtown Cincinnati, Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza, and AC Hotel at the Banks. Details on how to book can be found on our Travel & Stay page. Feel free to stay anywhere in downtown Cincinnati that fits your budget and preferences.

  • Absolutely! Check out our Cincy page for recommendations on restaurants, bars, parks, and attractions in Cincinnati.

  • The closest airport is Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), which is about 15 minutes from downtown. Ride-share options like Uber and Lyft are readily available. For those who prefer to drive, Cincinnati is about a 7-hour drive from the Washington, DC area. We also have guests coming from all over the USA, so driving is definitely an option depending on your location.
