Transportation

We want your journey to our celebration to be as smooth as possible. Whether you're flying in from out of town or navigating locally, we've gathered all the transportation information you'll need below. From airport details to ride share options and this city's charming streetcar system, here's everything you need to know to arrive stress-free and ready to celebrate.

Getting to Cincinnati

  • The most convenient airport to fly into is Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). Located just 15 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, CVG offers a range of flights and carriers to make your travel plans as seamless as possible.

Getting Around Cincinnati - Public

  • While visiting, hop on the Cincinnati Bell Connector streetcar to effortlessly navigate the city. This streetcar loops through downtown, connecting popular areas like The Banks, Central Business District, and Over-the-Rhine. With frequent stops and affordable fares, it's a convenient option if exploring the city by foot.

Getting Around Cincinnati - Rideshare

  • To make it easier for our guests to get around, we’ll be providing an Uber code to help with transportation to and from activities throughout the wedding weekend in lieu of shuttles. Stay tuned for more details on how to redeem this code closer to the wedding date.

Lodging

As we both often travel for work, we understand the importance of hotel loyalty. For those who are committed to Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt, we encourage you to check out their centrally located options.

We’ve listed a few options below where we have hotel blocks.

Westin Downtown Cincinnati

  • This is one of our primary hotel blocks. Rates TBD.

Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza

  • This is one of our primary hotel blocks. There is a reduced rate of $159 on single queen and two double rooms.

AC Hotel at the Banks (Bonvoy)

  • We have some rooms blocked at this Marriott Bonvoy property. This property is right by the Cincinnati Reds stadium and by a lot of restaurants and bars known as “The Banks”. The room block rates are:

    • King Rooms: $219 per night

    • Queen/Queen Rooms: $229 per night
